VSL #3, Librax, Benefiber

Went to the doctor yesterday.  I am still having the issues with urgency after a bite of food goes into my mouth.  He prescribed me the VSL, Librax and I am going to try Benefiber to bulk it up.  I hope they work. 

How long before I see results from the VSL #3??  Any thoughts on Librax?

I  was approved for Humira last week after trying since Nov.  I am still waiting to get it.  If it doesn't work I am going to U of Penn for second opinion.

He said I could use the Metamucil to bulk it up to help with the urgency. I bought the Benefiber because the Metamucil was flavored. I hope it is the same thing? Been using it since yesterday and haven't notice anything getting any worse.
