Hi Hoogie,

I did it when I was prednisone dependent with my second flare. I did it at home, and I did it once a day for three days in a row. I used poo from someone who had never taken antibiotics--my granddaughter. I mixed the poo with equal amounts of room-temperature water, put it in a syringe that has a long tip, and used the poo mixture right away before any of the bacteria had a chance to die. I used about 1 1/2 syringes worth each time.
