are cortenenemas safe to use more then once a day?

   I am on steroid rectal meds once a day right now.  I am waiting for my doctors appt to see if I can add in some rowesa since I have rectal inflamation bad enough I can feel. It does not hurt but is highly annoying. The only painful part is when I start cramping and bleeding. It is never very bad but enough to bother me. I put a bit of enema in when it is really bothering me and I do get a bit of relief. I am scared to put more in for fear of overdosing. So has anyone heard of more then once a day cort enema's?

My GI just prescribed me cortifoam and specifically told me to use it twice a day. I would assume the same is true of the enemas as well.
