Anyone have any luck taking these two supplements? If so, just how much do you take? Right now I use Calcium with D (2 per day for osteoporosis), Multivitamin for women with Iron, Probiotic (2 per day), Fish oil capsule (1 per day), Flaxseed oil capsule (1 per day) ...all these plus my meds..ugh.
