Just thought i would update you on my progress,
Well after a hard hour long session with my personal trainer i was absolutely knackered out and red like a beetroot!
Two hours after i exercised i produced a POOOOOO whooppeeeeeee 2 perfectly formed malteser shaped poos i'm so excited. My UC makes me very constipated and i have to take strong meds just to go but i took none today, so maybe the exertion of the exercise has kick started the old colon back into action. So i am having another session tomorrow hopefully i can pooooo even more lol
