Fruitgirl- I got my first Apriso fill on Friday, printed my savings card from Salix on Sunday, just got back from the pharmacy with my $50! Thanks for the tip.
I've been taking two pills per day.

Hi, Aroz!
My GI put me on 8 pills/day (to be taken once). Usually this is prescribed to induce remission. Normal dosage is 4 pills/day. As far as I know, virtually no side effects. Good luck!
