Just an update.
Ive started a new job recently which involves long hours, I was dreading what this would do to me but apart from being a bit tired by the end of the day I dont think its affected my UC.
Im trying to eat healthy little and often.
im still on 9 asacol per day and 2-3 salofalk enimas weekly
1 multi vit
1 vit D
1 vit C with echinaciae
1 fish oil every few days
sunflower seeds
probiotic 1 billion
basically bm in the morning, feeling pretty good most days.
Im more aware of what my body tells me which is a great help.
