Shopping around for a new probiotic.... any suggestions?

Hi! I haven't been on the forum in a while. I used to practically live on here when I was in the hospital with my worst flare ever but I've been in remission (I think... you can never be too sure) but I want to start taking probiotics again. Any suggestions on some good over-the-counter ones out there that are reasonably priced and not difficult to swallow? The last ones I took were like sandpaper and they would get stuck on my tongue and I would have to spit them up. Ugh! Terrible.....

Anyone have any ideas?

I take one by Renew Life called ULTIMATE FLORA CRITAL CARE it has 50billion cultures per capsule. Its found in the refridgerator and it works great for me. There are a few of us here that take this one. I take another one called BIO_K Plus but I'm not sure if it's available outside of Canada.

Purffed Rice- what do you pay for that one? I live in Canada aswell.

Natren's Healthy Trinity is an excellent probiotic, but it doesn't come cheap. However, in my experience, when it comes to probiotics, you get what you pay for.

The Ultimate Flora Critical Care cost me 39.00 unless its on sale for 28.00 and that is for 30 capsules. The Bio-K Plus is excellent it is a fermented milk probiotic so you drink it or eat it with a spoon. It cost about the same 40.00 but its for 15 containers. It is amazing and works great. So I take the capsule in the morning and the Bio-k before bed.
