Its been about a month since my colonoscopy and I just got my biopsy results. My G. I. doctor really isn't giving me a diagnosis, not sure why.
Does anyone understand/recognize these biopsy results? Thanks for any help!

B. Descending Colon - descending colon biopsy r/o microscopic colitis
C. Rectum- nos - rectal biopsy microscopic colitis
D. Rectum - nos - rectal biopsy @ 2 cm

Inflamed Polypoid Mucosal Segments with Associated Mild Chronic Inflammation, Focal Mucosal Erosion, Focal Mucosal Hyperplasia, Focal Reactive Epithelial Change.
