Hm, I don't know what you should do! Maybe call your GI or pharmacist to see if you'll harm your adrenals by missing a day. If so, I wonder if you should take 10mg or something????

FWIW, I got a pill sorter and put all of my daily pills in that, so I KNOW if I miss a day or not!

I have a pill basket. There are too many for a pill holder

I did this the other day. Literally within half an hour of taking, I couldn't remember whether I had or not.

Mark it down when you take it. Keep a paper and pen next to the pill bottle or under it.

I use a pill sorter for all my supplements, etc. I have an AM one and a PM.

It truly helps....because it's so easy to forget when we take meds every day.

BTW -- I'm flying high so I think I took 30 mg instead of 20. Had I not taken my dose I would just be with 10 in my system right now. Tomorrow I'll get back to 20.

It's too late, can't count out the remaining pills now, besides doc prescribed me 120 pills. But that is a good idea.

I keep all my pill bottles in one basket, then every morning put the ones I need to take in a bowl and then put all the pill bottles back in an empty container.

I keep the pill bottles in front of my computer that I have to take 30 minutes before a meal. The pred bottle was in the wrong place. That's what confused me.

I'll be OK. Just need to keep my pred bottle with my other bottles.

When I go out of town I put each days doses in zip lock bags. Got to be careful with that because the zip lock bags do open. Looking for a better bag at this point.

I have the alarm clock on my cell phone set to remind me of my afternoon dose, other wise I'd space it out more often than not.
