Krissy, This may or may not be of interest to you, but I do remember you talking about it. You were asking how long probiotics could stay alive in the gut when discussing not using so much VSL, I think. Well, came across this and thought about your question:

This is from a Wikipedia article. That sounded pretty good to me. I didn't realize they could last that long. Makes me think I'm using too much VSL. The citation is for
