I'm pretty sure it's ok to post something like that, but just so everyone knows, you can't post a link to your fundraising site if you choose to walk.

I did the Take Steps walk in my area last year...it was great, and I was really touched at the amount of money some of my friends, family, and colleagues donated.

They are having a walk in my area tonight in Fort Lauderdale...I only found out about it last week and wish I had known about it much earlier so I could raise money. I'm going to try and make it but I'm in full pack mode in my apartment as I get my house on Monday so I'll see what kind of time I have left in the day...hope I can make it.
