I'm sorry to hear you're so sick. I was in your shoes not that long ago, and never want to be there again.

Are you taking four total, or just two? You might want to think about taking 4, and adding in a rectal med. I know it might be hard to hold an enema, though, when you're up a lot with a newborn. I know you're probably worried about the medication passing into your breastmilk (I think I remember you talking about breastfeeding before), but also remember that if you get sick enough, there's a good chance you'll loose your supply. I did about four weeks into my first flare.
