I made my own sometimes, sometimes just got storebought (has carageenan, so I think that's scd illegal). I find it's the most delicious dairy alternative. Depending on how I was feeling, I would add some egg white protien powder or almond butter along with the banana, an ice cube or two (to break up yucky banana lumps:) Additionally, as I got better, I sometimes addes spirulina, or some calcium tablets to the mix (one less pill to choke down!). For taste, you can add honey if you handle that, or some cocoa powder. Fruit juice would work too, I'm just really fruit sensitive in a flare so I never messed with it. Really anything that feels right. If you add protein it's a pretty good breakfast.
