Does anyone notice a chance in UC symptoms that correlate with a change in your routine?
like do you get worse on weekends for some reason? or if you take time off work?

Mine seems to do worse on the weekends for some unexplained reason.
I also think our minds are very adept at finding patterns that aren't there. Especially when we are trying so hard to figure out what WE could be doing that is making us worse. Does that make sense? When flaring I was convinced being up and working in the shop was making me worse. When I was in my office sitting all day, I thought I noticed a correlation with that making me worse.
