Immunologist?

Hi all!

Just wondering...has anyone ever gone to, or heard of anyone going to an immunologist instead of a GI doctor in order to treat ulcerative colitis?

I think quite a few of us have seen immunologists. Many of us suffer with immuno type diseases other than UC. If you go to the top of this board and do a search for immunologists and UC you'll find several links to the Healing Well board. I personally have not been to an immunologist.
