glad your trend is improvement.
why take honey out?Tinkering.
and because I know that when I eat less sugar I feel better. No, it's not bad in moderation.
I think I eat more protein than the average person.
Breakfast=Eggs every morning with small amount of swiss cheese and spinach in omelet and 1-2 pieces of bacon (see I'm not perfect-less processed meat is better). 3 oz. coffee and (1) cup green tea
Lunch=chicken or tuna fish and mayo or leftover meat from dinner night before. No veggies for lunch.
Dinner =meat or fish or shrimp (2-3x week) and 1 veggie (cauliflour, squash, spinach, carrots or stirfried greens like bokchoy, collards, etc), sometimes a green salad but I prefer cooked veggies in coconut oil.
Snacks:
soaked/roasted nuts (not too many or C)
almond muffins with 1/2 veggie added like carrots or squash plus raisins, blueberries (mod.)
homemade yogurt +cinnamon or turmeric and tiny bit of saccharin or blueberries. (first time I've been able to eat it in many years!)
piece swiss cheese
Protein keeps me un-hungry. Veggies just don't do that for me.
