Update on me

I just wanted to update everyone that now being on humira for going on 4 months, I now have formed and solid BM's, that I havent seen in the 6 years i have had UC. I hope this continues to work, although, my doctor only wants me on this for 2 years because of the nasty side effects that it can cause. Then, if i go back  into a flare while off it, he will consider putting me back on it. He just wants to give my body a rest from it after 2 years

Quincy, It has helped the arthritis too. I can now move my fingers and wrist with absolutely no pain

Terrific news-- thanks for updating us!!!!! Are you still taking Lialda, too? In some IBDers the 5-ASAs can cause joint pains. / Old Hat (30 yrs with left-sided UC; presently in remission taking brandname Colazal)
