I've tried Stevia as I wanted to reduce the calories from using real sugar ... I personally think it tastes vile and on par with the artificial sweeteners which I cannot tolerate ... now it is back to the "raw" sugar for me.
Then you're probably using too much of it, if you use too much it will have a bitter taste, I literally just dip the tip of my tsp into the container and that's enough to sweeten my tea with....you may be better off using honey than raw sugar, to each their own of course.
