I too take Humira, & I also experience fatigue, occasional loose stools, extreme urgency, & my stomach is generally more upset than it isn't! But, my stools are generally formed- only loose once a week or so. And I haven't seen blood in awhile, although mucous is a pretty rgular occurrence for me. So, just to empathize- I also feel like I'm in a pretty good remission, but obviously the Humira isn't working as well as it could be. I don't think it's an allergy, or IBS- I'd lean more towards IBS than aything. I think in your case, it's much lile mine- the Humira is working well enough, but we're definitely not symptom free, or disease free, by any means. Especially seeing that you became resistant to Remicade- me too. My thinking is that once the body develops antibodies to a TNF blocker, it's likely that any TNF blocker will be met with some resistance. Stinks, but it is what it is! If you can live day to day with your current symptoms, then be happy with what you have.
