Thanks Heidi, Im going to up my game and be mega prepared. Im still early on in the diet so Ive not added some things yet but I did try the almond flour
cookies and pancakes... Wow! yum, only they left me feeling very full. They filled me up all day tho. I think I going to have a day or two back on scd chicken soup, I add new things to it every time you see. It can hurt one bit. Then Ill continue with the things I already added and try new 'treats'. There's an apple almond cake that sounds yummy. Im gonna try that (I think my kids'll love it!)
One cool thing is that my taste is changing. I havent had any sugar for almost a month, which is awesome! I made the almond
cookies, very basic recipe. I might have done it without honey the first time and I didnt even notice a lack of sweetness, but my daughter did! I was never a massive fan of honey, but I love it now.
As far as the wine is concerned, a little goes a long way for me these days. I could have had three or four glasses and stayed up well into the night but lately one glass has me
very tipsy, two and Im on the floor, room spinning, etc. Ironically, I feel pretty ok this morning. Either I found a wine I can tolerate or its not effected me the way it used to... I am nursing a teeny bit of a headache tho
