I have a huge list of supplements that folks take and say they notice a difference.
I have fish oil, probiotics, vitamins E and D, turmeric, coconut water, wheat grass juice, bromelain, neem leaf, boswellia... the list goes on.
So here's my question: I have taken about 6 different supplements for about 2 or 3 months now and noticed NO difference at all. Am I just wasting my money? I was convinced that somewhere, something would make a difference. But it's all so expensive, at this point I feel like just starting all over again at square 1.
Another question: Is there some supplent that YOU take that you are sure is doing something for YOU? Just curious what it is and how much you take.
