Ok, I implemented a no grain, no dairy, no sugar & no caffeine diet which is working pretty well for me. I started this about
3 months ago when I was supporting 270 pounds on a 6 foot frame. I'm now 237 pounds and am wondering if this is ok?
Coincidentally I stopped prednisone about
the same time I began this diet and I'm sure my body is just trying to get back to where it was before the pred. (I was on it for 7 years)
Anyway, I feel fine and am never hungry and I never get the highs and lows of hunger that came with pred. grains, dairy & sugar.
Have any of you been on a similar diet and lost this kind of weight this quickly? Is it ok? Will i get a heart murmur? How can I slow it down?
