This is a link to an article on Vitamin D and why we should all probably take it.

I started mine two days ago, it's NOW Vitamin D3, 5,000 mg and yes I do believe we should be taking it also.

Humans evolved almost a million years living as nudists in the African savannah. One day at the beach without sunscreen can produce 20,000 IU of vitamin D3. It makes sense that we developed a dependence on sunshine and the vit D it produces. Vitamin D receptors can be found on cells for every major organ in the body.
Our bodies have evolved safeguards protecting against overdosing from sunshine, and those safeguards do not work when overdosing from pills. That is why testing is important.
