Just curious has anyone noticed benefit from taking antihistamines like say Clariton or Zirtek with reducing UC symptoms?

I have wondered the same. Or whether it aggravates it. I recently quit taking Zyrtec since it felt like I was taking too many pills. I don't know yet if it's helped or not.

Nope, I've been on Zyrtec for 2 years and I'm flaring at the moment.
