Glad to get rid of my useless GI!

Yesterday I went to my GP to get a referral to a new GI.  Boy am I ever glad that I did.  My GP was shocked that she has never had me do a colonoscopy.  In addition, she lied in her letter to my GP!  In her letter she said that she prescribed me oral meds (Mezavant) - which she never did!  That was one of my biggest concerns!  I figured I should be on just more than suppositories with inflammation up as high as I have it.  She also said that she was going to see me to follow-up two weeks after that appointment.  NOPE!  I *wanted* to go back but she said to only come back again if my symptoms worsened.  Ridiculous!  Can't wait to see a new GI that I can have confidence in.
