Odor control

Here are my techniques for minimizing odors from the toilet:

I have a fan pointing down to up diagonally to window

I also have an overhead air extractor

After first major dump, I flush the toilet ***

I lift to the side and spray heavily into the toilet ***

When I am done I close the lid and spray all around the bathroom

I place a towel on the bottom of the outside door (my wife does not like this one)

If you have repeated bouts over a few hours, I have a 3-wicked big candle burning continuously

Leave the fan and extractor going...

If the diarreah continues make sure that you sleep with pads in your underwear and a towel underneath you.

When traveling: In kindness to your companions, go the hotel bathroom before you go to your room.

Any other tips ?

On really bad occasions I use "Just a Drop" ... it's small enough to fit in your pocket and seems to work well.

Just a drop can be found almost anywhere. I have seen it at Targets, Walgreens and Walmarts.

Usually they are in the gas remedy section. I know at at Walgreens near me they have it on an end isle.
