Remicade users...joint pain?

I have been on Remicade for about 4 months and get real stiffness in my left knee.  Every time I stand up the knee is stiff and tight.  Anyone had similar experiences?

I'm seeing a rhemotologist because I've had joint pain since starting the remicade. It is getting worse. I've been on remi since July of 2009. I was just upped my last infusion to 7.5kg. This made the pain worse. I get it in my wrists, hands, feet, angles, elbows, and knees. It is horrible someday. They want to rule out artritis. I said I can guarantee it is the remicade. I was fine before it.
