I've been getting very dizzy and nauseated whenever I exercise ever since my first serious flare, which was about
three or four years ago. I think it's due to all the blood I lost.
My body feels great afterward though.
I've always been a fainter, especially in high school. My heart also flutters a lot. I was very worried about
it back then; however, doctors could not find anything wrong with me although they would tell me I had low blood pressure. Some 30 years later, and I still get heart flutters, dizzy spells, and lightheadedness. However, I haven't worried about
it since high school. I guess one gets used to it.
Anyway, I wouldn't let the dizziness and nauseousness stop you from exercising. I still do cardiovascular exercise all the time. The worst that can happen is that you will faint. It's no big deal
Ways to reduce the dizziness and nauseousness are: eat more protein, drink plenty of water, and make sure you get enough oxygen.
