Medical journal

Isn't there a official medical journal we can access to read case studies. My GI told me its the same medical journal doctors can read. I forget what he called it. I googles a few times but doesn't seem to be what im looking for.

You can access most abstracts through PubMed but you may not be able to access them unless you're affiliated with a university/institution which subscribes to the journal(s) you want to read. If I can't access the article I want to read after reading the abstract, I just email the author(s) and in most cases they are very kind and email the full article to me soon after. There's a feature on pub med that allows you to have the most recent abstracts on your topic of interest sent to your email address. I chose crohn's and UC so almost every day I get two emails updating me with the articles published in all of the medical journals on that day for both of those topics.
