"stuck in your throat" sensation

You'll know soon enough if you need to go for the IV....I can relate to shortness of breath (from lack of conditioning and asthma)...but if I had to run for my life, I'd only make it a few steps. My feet seem to seize up and I'd just have to turn around and say...whatever! In joking it's funny...but maybe the adrenaline rush in that situation would help out..yikes, scary.

I'm taking the Ferex 150 twice a day...a few months back they neglected to tell me to take it with food and I took them on an empty stomach and thought I was going to die for about 4 hours as I got SO sick to my stomach it was horrible. he gave me the option of either or so I'll stick with the pills and see where I'm at in two weeks. I actually don't have a problem with the needles but I've been stuck enough the last two weeks to last me a while...not to mention the needle they stuck in my hemorrhoid this morning to numb it :-\

my general surgeon cleaned out the clot in the hemmie so he had to inject it with some numbing meds then he made a little cm incision and squeezes out the clot. I'll have an "empty" hemmie for about a week or two and the skin eventually just retracts and you'll never know you had one. Procedure took all of 2 minutes in his office. It's so much better than waiting weeks for a big thrombossed hemmie to go away on it's own. Granted the needle part hurts like holy hell but that lasts for about 10-15 seconds. The incisions do throb a bit for a couple days depending on how many he had to make but I have some pain meds to cover me.
