well what does "colitis and active chronic proctitis" mean? If you have, say, inactive pancolitis and active proctitis then maybe the inactive illietis could be "backwash ilietis" which some pan UCers get. Otherwise, it is probably crohn's but did your doc not go over the results with you in person? I'd speak to them asap!
