Outside of phospholipase inhibitors,if they could get to your colon,don't know of much. Since fecal transplant works for some people I suspect that the replacement of bacteria that express high levels of PL by normal bacteria is a mechanism.
A wild thouight I just had is perhaps some type of mild colon irritant,might make the colon produce more mucus,but it may not be there all the time like the worms are.
Over the years I sort of tried this, with slippery elm,mastic gum, milk thistle,still have UC,but this stuff might help others.
Of course this is another problem with mucus.
