I was thinking about
posting a topic on this earlier this week. I think it's been a few months since some folks ordered from Germany or started their own homemade enemas and I havne't noticed a single person coming on to say what an improvement they have had from it.

It helps me stay in remission. I can feel a difference if I skip it a day or two.

does that seem to work better than three times per day at two grams?

DanthaMan, it's just easier for me because I don't want to bring medication at work.
