If only........(random thought)

If only UC was simple to manage. If only UC was just a diet problem and we all just needed to eat healthier and then it'd go away.

I've been getting to know a lot of new people this past month and have been thinking about the past and how my body has reacted to different things even before I got diagnosed. If I'd eaten a salad then my body would've t done a 180 and then I'd see much improvement, then go without my body would go back to the way it was. That's what made me think about the if only's. Thankfully I am still in remission and am forcing myself to eat as healthy as possible during this season since there's a possibility of a flare during this season.

YES. but I've seen commercial's about suing Accutane because it can cause colitis. Wouldnt that make us a bit closer to a cure? I always think of that when I see the commercial.

I never used it, for me its genetic, I got it from my dad. :(

I don't know who else in the family besides my dad, but there could be a possibility there was someone else. My dad's side didn't speak much of this stuff... my Grandma didn't understand anything about this disease, plus she was older.
