I went from 140-127-115-128 (bi-weekly)
Although I cant recall if it was my RBC or WBC.... additionally, the diameter of the cells was also increased... which may help narrow down from the two different types (I recycled the paper).
However, I ate some liver and onions, drank plenty of water, and exercised as best I could. Sometimes it almost felt like the exercise was really taking a toll on me, but I honestly believe it contributed to my count rising closer to my pre-drug level and I now feel excellent. Being out in the sunshine was always a bonus too. I don't think there's really a whole lot anyone can do. Just try and stay as healthy as possible. However I do believe that sitting around and sleeping all day isn't the answer, which can be tough when one's body just doesn't feel up to anything.
Im sure people will have "something" that seemed to help, and I too am interested in what they have to offer in advice.
Good luck! :)
