smoking cigarettes, some smoking cigars, some nicotine gum or patches. All contain nicotine, which is very harmful to the body. Studies have shown nicotine to cause heart disease and cancer. Don't be fooled into thinking that just because you are not smoking cigarettes, you're safe. If you are at the point that you have to have nicotine to not have a "misserable" life, then it's time for surgery.
