Alkaline diet recommendations

I had a PH test done and my body is quite acid, actually around 5.5.

Does any one have any links on following an alkaline diet meal plan?

@quincy, that's no help. i already tried that. if anything, the links are for paid info not actual recipies or meal plans.

Most fruits & vegetables have high alkaline levels. Oatmeal, extra-virgin olive oil, cod liver oil, and almonds are also high alkaline. Sea salt is highly alkaline while table salt is acidic.

Beverages - add lemon to your water or drink mineral water. Almond milk is an alkaline option to substitute for cow's milk.
