Constant pain, too late for a prescription!

I've had one of my severe "persistent pain" flareups which usually accompanies constipation. It comes on suddenly and increases until I take prednisolone, at which point it's usually fine.

Only problem is, I'm out of pred and I have no prescription left. Just my luck. Everything is closed because it's after hours and I don't want to force my mother to wait for 3 hours at the hospital with me. I've taken too much codeine already, and I know if I go to bed I'll just be awoken by the pain. I hate this.
