I go for breakfast with my husband for scrambled or poached eggs, toast, back bacon and coffee.
But, you're flaring....so I'd suggest boiled egg and toast and plain tea if you are OK with that. Protein for sure.
I've never done the BRAT diet.
I have my scope next week Wednesday.
