i have done this and it works fine. if you start on friday and do a 3 day juice fast, you should have most of your digestive track cleaned out. the longest juice fast i've done was 7 days and i still had poop on day 5 though. i guess it depends how backed up you are and what type of foods you normally eat. the juices i mainly used were cantaloupe, watermelon, apple, celery, cucumber, and ginger.
