I have had red wound on my foot for the last three years but now I have like 10 very itchy wound on my foot and they keep spreading
I am sure its because of UC
What can I do about

Definitely see the doctor about
it to have it swabbed and get proper treatment.
It could be autoimmune, but best to make sure regardless.
Where exactly is this happening on your foot? Only one foot?
Let us know the outcome for sure!

I agree, you need to see someone to get a diagnosis. There are a lot of things it could be, psorisis, dermatitis, eczyma.. I am not too knowlegable on these types of skin conditions but I do suffer from eczyma and it usually comes and goes - 3 years is a long time without a break from it. Have you tried cortisone cream?
