Ladies, very weird question; Gentlemen beware: TMI

I'm having abdominal pain with my flare for the first time. Always before, I had the sense of urgency, etc. but not actual pain.

So it comes & goes and it sometimes is focused on the right side of my abdomen, but sometimes, once or twice a day, it's all over my lower abdomen and it is burning and sharply painful and.... almost orgasmic. It is the weirdest sensation imaginable. I have to assume that this is something along the lines of my colon spasming and thereby rocking my uterus, which is what happens at orgasm.

Am I alone in this?

It *is* interesting, and weird, and it honestly kind of creeps me out. The last thing I need is a sexual response to this stuff LOL Since my pharmacy won't be able to fill my anti-spasmotic until Monday, I'll have a few more days to see where this goes YIKES

I wish my UP caused orgasms !

I can't decide if it's positive or negative. I don't want it to happen in public! And I'm not exactly thrilled with correlating abdominal pain, bloody stool, and sexual excitement.

But, yeah.

My anti-spasmotic Rx is ready and I'm going to pick it up.... but I don't know if I'm going to take it.
