I gotta say, was not easy. I ate my calories in larabars and bananas. Clearly this diet did not take into consideration these situations. Let's hope the apocalypse never happens. xD

Be glad you weren't on that JetBlue plane that sat on the snowy runway trapping all passengers for 7 hours. Toilets backed up, water and food ran out...what a nightmare for anyone but UC'ers? Shudder.

i remember last winter our power was out for a week. even though i mainly eat raw foods, i didn't realize how much it sucked not having a blender! i ended up eating salads for practically every meal.

most of the scd foods i eat are raw, except grills or roast. and for those i can light a fire in the middle of my livingroom, if necessary

the carpet will make a nice fuel.
