no, don't freak out- I don't think they continue to grow, like a normal polyp. It's basically a scar, doesn't change much once it's there. It's mainly the cancer detection that makes them tricky. And the "innumerable"... that's a little sketchy, but.... I'd take that as "many"! Let us know what your GI says. Helix hydrojet, huh?? Neat!
