Nausea

Hi everyone,
I had my fourth in fusion of Remicade and my flare seems to be continuing to get worse. Before it though, I was feeling slightly nauseous while sleeping and especially early morning shown I would wake up to rush to the bathroom. I am wondering if surgery is in my near future because my doctor has clearly indicated that she is at the end of her bag of tricks. Wondering about the nausea because I am always worried about crohns. GI says she doesn't.t think so because of how the disease has progressed and presented, but I have never had any other tests besides colonoscopies, And apparently no one had made it into my small
Intestine on them, which annoys me finding out that now after 7 years.
