I did, but I had forgotten... thanks for the reminder!

Pretty good seminar. Touched on a lot of the things we already know and discuss in this forum.

There was a brief mention of LDN as a "future opportunity which needs more research". No mention at all of fecal transplant.

The one thing that was new to me was mention of "prebiotics" as being helpful for managing symptoms. It was mentioned right after probiotics and a specific mention of VSL#3. The prebiotic mentioned was "germinated barley foodstuff". I will start a new thread on this.
