I do but then the remission runs for 2 years and I am bored. Another factor is that you tend to want to 'test' the strength of the remission.
Its straightforward for me.

When your bleeding inside you have to be very careful, when your healed its a different ball game, its a completely different 'careful'.
When I am flaring my food choices are simply medicinal, if it wont help by being anti-inflammatory or neutral then I do not eat it.
