What mg is the "normal" dosage? I see some of you use them more than once a day, what is your dosage?

I used 1000mg or 1 gram. In Canada, they sell a brand called Sallofalk that is available in 500mg or 1g.

I use the 1g suppositories 2x a day when I feel the need to. Rowasa enemas are 4g.
