Just wondering if anyone has tried this. I'm female and I heard it's good for libido and fatigue. Let me know your thoughts.

I think I tried it a while ago and I didn't notice it helping enough to continue it. I've tried a lot of stuff over the years. I've had fatigue for as long as I can remember, LONG before UC.
